The player from Lithuania has registered an account despite his country was allegedly listed between restricted ones. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I was able to register, however after some time I was notified by support, that playing from Lithuania is restricted. However it is not specified neither durring registration, neither in T&C.
