I am filing this formal complaint against Betchan Casino, operated by N1 Interactive Ltd., for unethical and illegal practices, particularly in regard to accepting Dutch players without the appropriate licensing.

I am a Dutch player who unknowingly used Betchan’s platform, believing it operated in compliance with the law. However, I later discovered that Betchan does not hold a Dutch license and is not authorized to provide gambling services in the Netherlands. In fact, Betchan has already been fined by the Dutch Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit, KSA) for these illegal activities.

While other casinos under the N1 Interactive Ltd. umbrella have acknowledged this issue and refunded my deposits, Betchan has refused to issue any refund. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter directly with their support team, I have been met with dismissive responses claiming their decision is "final and conclusive." This response disregards the fact that they operated unlawfully in my jurisdiction and retained funds obtained through illegal means.

I believe it is important to bring this issue to public attention so other players can avoid the same frustration. Furthermore, I seek Casino Guru’s assistance in holding Betchan accountable for their actions and ensuring they refund my deposits, as their operation violated Dutch law and betrayed the trust of their players.

Attached are all relevant documents, including my correspondence with Betchan support, deposit and gameplay history, and evidence of their non-compliance with licensing requirements.

I trust that Casino Guru will investigate this matter and help me achieve a fair resolution.
