The player from Germany is struggling to withdraw his winnings due to an incomplete KYC. Unfortunately, the player lost all his winnings before he managed to verify his account, therefore we were forced to reject this case.
betchan asked for verification. the required screenshots were uploaded but never arrived. after the credit was gambled away the next day, the message came that a payout is possible. the required screenshot has arrived.
this is the second time that there are problems with the payment. there is no help with support. the only casino with easy payouts was the former casino club casino. for all others, there are some rules in the payouts that prevent a payout. casinocclub no longer exists

yes i lost the money again. it's the second time at the betchan casino.
i tried to upload the required documents for a whole day. the documents were never accepted. then i emailed the documents to the supprt. Documents and screenshots will not be accepted by email. I am retired . a working person does not have the time to fight for his money for hours. out of anger I then gambled away the profit again. one can also say out of stupidity
