I was able to deposit 5x more then the weekly deposit allowance.

£500 being maximum.

Being told £500 was maximum after deposited £2500


I would like a response as to not being protected

Where exactly is it mentioned that you are allowed to deposit £500 at max? Did you set any maximum deposit limit on your account? Do you still have balance on your account or is it already lost?

Basically told Iv reached maximum deposit for the weekly allowance that was £500 why was I able to deposit £2500?

Then told it was for gamers safety.

But 500 was max amount.

I never set a daily allowance.

They said they tried calling but no phone calls. Then stopped due to reaching weekly allowance for deposits max £500

Hello,

I've received your e-mails. Based on the e-mails you sent, the limit of max £500 was set to you after you deposited £2500. The casino did it as a safe gambling tool to prevent you from depositing more. Could you please advise what is the issue with it?

Being stopped after told £500 is maximum deposit for the week.

I did not ask for £500 maximum weekly allowance. They find anyway to to put you off so house wins. Stopped then blocked.

If £500 maximum weekly allowance from start why should i have been able to deposit £2500. In a few hrs or less?

If They stopped after the first £500 deposit i could and would understand not wait till 5x as much. Then stop me

Dear Mylife,

That's exactly why they limited your deposits to £500 - because you deposited a lot in a short time. The safe gambling tool prevented you to spend even more. If you wouldn't have deposited £2500 in such a short time, it wouldn't be now limited. I find this tool useful and not at all unfair. If someone has gambling problems it nicely prevents them to spend even more in a casino. Is there anything else we can assist you with? Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do against a safe gambling tool as it would be rather unfair to do so.
