heres the story:

i deposit 69 dollars into my account to play the site like blackjack or sports/esports. but upon withdrawal into my account they always reply me the finance department is looking for the data and they are not answering my question



after i won 1 bet and decide to withdraw all my money they give me a reply of wait for 180 days? seriously for 20 dollars win i need to wait for it? till i forgot my accounts? what if players got emergency to withdraw funds so they can't it too?



i don't use any bonuses. i am fully verified into my account this is terrible idea for me to wait this kind of withdrawal process. its more than 2 weeks already after my withdrawal. the betboom support is not solving any issue into my withdrawal. please assist me hope u can help.

my account is already verified last Nov 11 you can see the green one which means verified from my attached photo. my latest win is from esport tournament. the last time i talk to the support is just now, first they give me reply "It takes more than 24 hours to be approved" but its more than 14 days already from the given timeframe you had right?then after that they give me 180 days to wait to process.


all i want is to withdraw my money since i got emergency to use, but withdrawal is very hard. please help me
