Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

The casino said you won with the loss bonus, we gave 50000.00 TL because we love you, but they said it's not your right.

I checked the loss bonus conditions and I found this:

"5. You can withdraw the maximum amount of your lost bonus that you have lost . When you request a withdrawal, the amount transferred to your account as a loss bonus will be deducted from the amount you want to withdraw, and your transaction will be executed."


Unfortunately, some bonuses have a maximum cashout limit, which means that after you finish playing with the bonus, there is a specific (maximum) amount of winnings that can be withdrawn. As long as the casino states this fact in the T&Cs, we cannot penalize it nor we can ask the casino to pay the full amount of winnings.

Please, let me know if there is anything else we could help you with, otherwise, I will be forced to close this complaint.

To my understanding, this means that you were able to withdraw even more than you should have according to the bonus term. I am afraid that there is not much more we could do for you in this case.
