Could you please advise how long have you been trying to verify your account and why does the ID getting rejected? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

This player has no restrictions. On the gaming account of the player currently have no funds, his last deposit was made on 28.06.2022, this deposit would be placed in sports betting. And his last successful withdrawal was made even before the request for verification documents. Verification request from our security service was made on 27.06.2022


To date, our security service is waiting for documents from the player to complete verification.


However, some casino games may be unavailable during the verification process. The player can still make deposits and play, but in order to withdraw money he needs to complete the verification.


As a reminder, there are no funds on the player's game account at the moment.
