Selon la règle du site , un retrait peut prendre jusqu'à 72 heures maximum pour être approuvé.

Alors que sa fais plus de 72h que j'attends et tout les agents que j'ai eu dans le chat n'ont pas résolue mon problème.

Un m'a dit qu'il y avait une restriction sur mon compte.
