Hello, I won some money almost a year ago on Bet90. I've verified my account and received a withdrawal of 20k, but still have 34 598 NOK on my account. The casino has been claiming "At the moment we experience a delay with processing Withdrawals due to technical issues and thus the delay with your Withdrawal." for 10 months straight. They keep on delaying the transfer and refuse to give a timeframe, always blaming some technical issues.


I've lost my patience now after a year and ask for some help from you in receiving my withdrawals. One year is more then enough time to resolve any technical issues IMO.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My winnings are from the use of a bonus. I received an email 13/12/2021 14:33 stating:

Thank you for your documents.


Your Bet90 account is now verified.

I have been trying to withdraw my money ever since. In the beginning of 2022 Bet90 changed their platform and their site was down for several months (Crazy I know). With my money stuck and no possible way of withdrawing. Then with the new platform I had to verify my account again and received an identical email on 21/04/2022 16:05 to the one above stating my account is once again fully verified. Then I had to make new withdrawals, during this time some money has been paid out but it has been several months since that.


I was in contact with the casino just a few days ago and they gave the same answer they have many many times before. That they have a technical issue and my money will paid out very soon but they can't give a timeframe.

It's almost a year since I started trying to withdraw and I'm getting very tired of this.
