Since the recommended time frame is 14 days, I would only recommend to wait if the money arrives. If the casino does not respond, it doesn't mean they are not working on the withdrawal. Definitely let us know if the money would not arrive until next week, we will intervene then.

There has so far been no response from the casino, when the timer expires I will attempt to contact them once more.
We would like to ask Bet7 Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, the complaint will become ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I understand your frustration but without cooperation from the casino, there is not much we can achieve.
It is our standard procedure to allow the casino up to 2 weeks to reply, but as I have just now made contact via skype the timer was again extended. A representative of the casino is looking into the situation and we await a further response. If there is again no response from them, the complaint will be closed as 'unresolved' and have a negative effect on the casino's rating.
