On the terms its says 72 hours for withdrawals, I am already waiting for more than 100 hours
When contacting the support, each different supporter gives you a different reason for it to take longer.

So far I received my first withdrawal, as their limit is 1000e per transaction. Submitted a new request, let's see. I won't close this dispute so far, let me withdraw all the funds first

I only can withdraw 1000 on each transaction (don't know why tbh). So for now I have 1000 on a pending withdrawal + 500 on account. 100 hours already passed. I am withdrawing to neteller. The account is fully verified. I had other sucessuful transaction. When I talked to the support yesterday, they told me that don't process on weekends. So I'm waiting for monday and we will see. But the thing they removed chat option on my account is pathetic
