This story in unacceptable. To deposit from Norway was an issue to this casino. After I found the way to deposit via visa card from Astropay I couldn't withdraw. The only option I had was the bank transfer. But I had only norwegian bank because I live in Norway, I explained the problem to live chat and they were saying you need to give us details from another bank. I told them that I have only one bank account. They replied that they can't make payments to that bank. There was no other withdrawal option. The live chat was so disrespectful and only writing auto messages. 3 different employees closed the chat without solving the problem or even say something more. They just close

Hi. My account was verified a long time ago. Generally my issue was even to deposit . I tried via my visa from a norwegian bank, it couldn't process, after from my Revolut Mastercard it couldn't accept it either. Only from my visa of astropay could accept deposit. Please note, that if you will come across this issue in the future, you can always try to ask the casino to process the payment through crypto currency as it should not have any country restriction.
