I'm having a problem with my Bet365 account - I've received an error LL01, which means my account is locked. I've contacted support at three different email addresses, but two of them have given me similar responses: "The document review/verification department is still processing the request."
The biggest problem is that they don't have a deadline for when the process will be completed, and more than 14 days have passed since the first contact.
