The player from Bulgaria has been blocked without further explanation. We rejected the complaint because there were no funds being held in the player's account.
My account was closed by their choice I don't know why most likely because I have self-excluded 2 times while using their services unseen this is the reason I can't use my account anymore please make it possible for me to use my bet365 account I have always been a loyal customer on this site.

Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.
