Thank you for helping me. My account has been fully verified since the day I opened it (03/16/2022). I had previously had 2 payouts (€44 and €218), both of which were carried out.

The money isn't bonus money, I got an email saying I'm getting a 50% free bet if I deposit same day. The free bet will be credited the next day. Up to €100.

I did that, the only bonus requirement was that the free bet must have a minimum odds of 1.8.

I deposited €200 and won (€770).

I was able to have them paid out right away and I did that (the other two previous payouts were completely the same, but it worked smoothly there).

I then lost the free bet that I received the next day.

On May 12th I applied for the payment. 2 weeks later I asked in the live chat and was told that it is in progress and will be carried out soon.

A week later I asked again and they said the same thing.

A few days later I wrote to the support and I got the message that it was forwarded to the responsible department and I would be notified as soon as possible.

After that I asked again in the live chat and was told that payouts in the live chat cannot be carried out and that I will get a notification if something happens.
