The player from Belarus has been accused of having multiple accounts and the account was closed. Bet2U Casino refused to cooperate and provide evidence.
Hello. I want to report an improper lockout. Casino Bet2U, blocked my account in strange circumstances.
I sent a passport selfie to the casino, a utility receipt, filled out personal information.
The casino went on to require video verification over Skype. I passed it, answered casino questions. I was waiting for verification to finish, but I got a blocking letter.
The blocking letter stated that I had violated rule 23.5. It states that each player can only have 1 account. With my name or email there can be no other registrations. I did not violate this rule. I 'm sure the casino is wrong. If I allegedly had several accounts, why did the casino carry out additional video verification? All this seems strange to me.
I 'm asking the casino to unlock my account so I can get my funds. Or provide proof that I broke the rules, thank you.
