I have an account open at bet2u for more than 6 months, and I make constant deposits of between 20 - 50 usd and complete about 3 or 4 withdrawals of about 100 usd each.


I have my account fully verified.


2 weeks ago I made a deposit using the 100 friday bonus promotion and made a deposit of 40 usd (which became 80 usd with the bonus), 6 days later (before the rollover period expired) I completed the requirements for Comply with the rollover and I obtained a total of about 400 usd in balance and requested a withdrawal of 225 usd, but since then I have not had any response, withdrawals usually lasted 24 hours but this time I did not receive anything, I contacted support and the only thing What they tell me is that I have to wait, when I contact the support chat they tell me that they cannot talk about withdrawals through the chat and that I write to support@bet2u.com, I write to that email and I only get an automated email that says After my query reached you, several days later I received an email that says:

"Dear Customer,


Thank you for contacting us. The withdrawal is being processed by our financial team and the funds will be sent as soon as the processing is completed. We apologize for the delay in the processing of the withdrawal."


The problem is that the withdrawal took a week and no one tells me anything about when they will pay me, or if they will not or if there is a problem with the means of payment in this case Bitcoin.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thanks for the interest, I update everything that happened.


Friday 18 - bet2u cancels my withdrawal after 10 days and sends an email telling me that I have to verify my account by video call on skype.


At that moment I request the video call on skype and I wait all day and they don't call me.


Saturday 19 - I contact support again and I request the video call and I indicate the time at which they can call me, they don't call me either.


Sunday 20 - they don't call me either.


Monday 21 - after insisting for several minutes for support I get a message on skype asking me what time they can call me and I tell them that I am available at that time.


15 minutes later they make the video call, it lasts about 20 minutes and they ask me several questions about my account.


In the end they tell me that the report will be ready in 3 days, the 3 days have passed and I still don't get any response.


In total I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and the worst thing is that nobody says anything, they answer each question as if the support staff were just a bot.


You have to insist a lot to get a coherent answer.


DUE TO THE BAD COMMENTS I FOUND ABOUT BET2U I THINK THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO PAY ME

It's been a week since we completed the skype video call verification and still no news from bet2u.


They take about 5 days to answer each support email and in the support chat they only repeat that "cannot talk about withdrawals through the chat"


The worst thing is that the only thing they repeat by email support is:

"We apologize for the delay in the processing of the withdrawal"

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Bet2U Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Bet2U Casino. I wish I could be of more help.

 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
