I was placed withdrawal 3 days ago still not processed by the finance team , no solution received from customer care. So I sent multiple emails to finance team but their were also no revert and one email from their side. Worst experience I got . I think they are doing fraud with us . please don't deposit and play on this site. I lost my fund, please don't do like me.

My kyc is fully verified and Max withdrawal time is only 48 hours now almost 7 week completed. My withdrawal method is crypto ,so I don't think crypto method need 14 days to process it. Most important finance team not responding to my email
