Despite his attempts to communicate with the casino, he had received evasive responses and no payout. We had contacted the casino on his behalf and found that Bet24-7 Casino was no longer operating, making it unlikely that players would receive their payouts. As a result, we marked the complaint as 'unresolved'. We recommended that the player contact the Antillephone Gaming Authority for further assistance.

On January 13, 2024, I requested a withdrawal of €63 from this casino. Of course, I had previously sent all documents for verification. Before the withdrawal, I asked in the chat whether I could withdraw using the INPAY method to my bank account because it was the fastest method - 30 minutes. Unfortunately, when I asked when the payment would be made, LC said that I needed to contact the financial department regarding this matter. After several e-mails, they kindly replied in a twisted manner that I should wait but I don't know what for. After 3 days, I canceled the withdrawal and placed the order using the same method as I made the deposit, i.e. via a crypto wallet. Of course, the time limit for payment is up to 48 hours. After this time, I ask again when the payment will be made and again confusing answers. I do not recommend this casino and I discourage anyone from making deposits to them because you will not receive your money.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

The time the casino has to pay out is given on their website. In the case of the Inpay payment method, it takes 30 minutes to transfer to a bank account, and in the case of cryptocurrency, it takes up to 48 hours. The chat sends me to the finance department and the finance department responded to my 7 e-mails twice, giving an evasive answer.

We contacted the casino representative and I have bad news. Bet24-7 Casino is no longer operating and it's unlikely that players will ever receive their payouts. I'm afraid there is not much we can achieve without cooperation from the casino side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. In the meantime, I recommend you contact the Antillephone Gaming Authority (complaints@gaminglicences.com).
