My account was fully verified.

I have create a withdrawal request on 3 Nov but still showing in 'pending' status

A casino support agent not giving me a response

They're unable to reply to my mail

The time mentioned on the site 7 Days

7+ days have been completed

Please help me

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

Account was Fully kyc verified. Also take a successful withdrawal money in my crypto account.

Haven't any bonus in my account.

Also they're rejected my 3 previous request without any reason also take 5 days for per withdrawal request.

I have sent a lot of mail they're give me answer 'cancel your withdraw request.'

This is not good because time frame has been over.

If I cancel this request they need more 7+ days.

I recommend never playing at fraudulent casinos that look like Bet1000.

They are not able to respond on time. Lack of live chat option and no help to customer

I was asked to cancel the removal request

Withdrawal time is 7 days, but I have sent over 100 emails; They are 16-17 days after completed request.

Also, it took 10+ days for my first withdrawal request.
