Been strugling with withdraw on Bet1000

My withdraw have been pending for 10 days.

The reply from Bet1000:

» For large winnings we have to check with the providers that the winnings is correct»


I have sent in all documents and got my KYC approved.


Think its really weird that a Casino and sports casino have to wait 10 days for a reply on a casino session.


Bet1000 have told me to wait for the results from the providers.

Hope casino guru can help me speed this up. Never experience anything like it!


The live support have been amazing! Helped with the KYC and told me not to worry with the withdraw will come. But after 10 days you Get worried.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Thank you very much for taking the time to look into my case with Bet1000.


I found this casino through Casino Guru. Trust only good ratings from you. So 7.2 I felt was reasonably safe. I had a desire for a casino with football, so I decided on Bet1000.


I completed my KYC 2 days later and contacted support so I could submit everything required to complete KYC.


It is real money and not something through bonus money. Never dare to play with bonus money too much T&C around it.

I have had a lot of dialogue with live agents who have been very nice and helpful. But they can't do anything but ask me to wait for a response from the game providers.


It is my first withdrawal, but as it has taken 11 days for a response from a game provider. Then I thought it was extremely strange and felt like getting expert help from you.


I hope you can help me, I would really appreciate it

Hi Christoffer,


I would like to inform you that we still have not received any reply from the provider. However, we have now approved your withdrawal as you should not be the one waiting for your winnings due to the provider's delay in getting back to us.


I have still not reccived any funds to My account. But bank transfer can be anywhere around 1-5 days. So hope the funds will show up soon.

on my transacation history on Bet1000 i cant see that they have completed it.

Bet1000 used way over a month with the withdraw.

The last message was that they completed the withdraw.

5 days later it showed up back in My game account on the site.

The casino always have some kind of trouble with the withdraw.

In the start they told me to wait for vertification on slots games.

NEVER got any response to that!



The casino will leave you waiting waiting waiting sp you end up gambling it away.

Used 1 month on this casino and lost my 45.000 NOK


Cant understand how the casino can behave like this. They dont deserve 7.2 rating. Always felt safe with casino guru rating. But this casino clearly wont pay when u win over 10.000 NOK.
