We had suggested the player to contact the Curaçao Antillephone N.V., the licensing authority, for further assistance.

Hello. The casino won't withdraw my money for more than two months. I have successfully passed the verification. and issued a withdrawal request. But the casino never withdrew my funds. It is impossible to contact them, I have written many emails to which I have not received answers. Very rarely, when it was possible to connect with them in the chat, the employee Dimitar said only that he was checking something and that the funds would be paid. Unfortunately, I never received my funds from their casino. And recently I received a letter from them that they are closing, and that I have to log in and issue a withdrawal request from their casino. and I can't log in to my account either, to my questions why I can't log in, the only answer is that they have technical problems. Please help me get my money

No, I have never had a successful withdrawal. NO my funds are real. They do not respond to my emails or chat at all. I think they decided to appropriate my money

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear Jenniferrrr, according to the information from the casino site the casino has closed. I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. We believe that all outstanding withdrawals should be honored therefore we recommend you contact the Curaçao Antillephone N.V. (complaints@gaminglicences.com) and submit a complaint to them. The Gaming Authority has more options and tools to help players. Please let me know if you need help with submitting the complaint or how they responded if you can do it on your own (peter.c@casino.guru). I am sorry I could not be of more help on this occasion.
