If I am placed INR 100/- on 28 numbers out of 37

Then my total bet value is 28*100=2800/-

If I loss my loss is:2800/-

If I won my win is:800/-

Here my loss percentage is:3.5X on my Winning.

In this play my winning is less as compared if I loss.

I am contacting the game providers and professional ROULETTE game player and experts in ROULETTE game all of them saying the this type strategy is allowed.

If any casino not allowed this strategy all of them suggest me that is bad casino.

Unfortunately, we were not able to convince the casino representatives that the rule which they applied, in this case, is unfair.

Forbid players to bet on more than 50% of the table from a mathematical perspective doesn't make sense. The casino always has a house edge on its side. This rule can be accepted only if enforced by the software, actively preventing players from covering more than 50% of the table. 

We believe that in this case casino should pay the player the full amount. 

Because the casino's decided not to pay the player, we are forced to close this complaint with classification: against fair gambling codex.

The complaint will negatively impact the casino rating and will be visible to other players as a warning.

We’ve reopened this complaint as per the casino's request. We would like to give this case one more chance to get resolved and help both involved parties to reach to a satisfactory conclusion.
