Hello I asked for permanent self exclusion of my account back in Aug time 2022 I now was able to reopen my account that I closed permanently on live chat all they did asked me few questions and immediately reopened my account.

I deposited one after one and lossed my money.

My complaint is If I stated I had a gambling problem and self excluded permanently why would they reopen my account and let me deposit.

I want refunds of my deposits on these basis.

Could you please advise if your account got closed when you requested the self exclusion? What questions did they ask when you requested the reopen? Can you please forward your initial request from august to nikolas.b@casino.guru When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Back in August I requested to have a permanent self exclusion on my account and did state I had gambling problems and issues,

So they closed my account down permanently.

But just few days back I asked for account to be reopened they asked if my gambling is under control and thats abouts it they opened it instantly.

The word self exclusion itself means to restrict your self as you know yourself have gambling problems amd may get tempted to gambklle again.

So how can they reopen exactly with same account I had.

I was on live chat yesterday with them, they said ok we have now closed account permanently( again) l case closed no refund.

Unfortunately we can't contact the casino without having any proof of the self exclusion as they could basically claim anything as we have nothing to argue with?

Don't you have any kind of e-mail or evidence of being self excluded?

just they are clever because they self excluded me over live chat, I have no evidence of that chat, I guess I learnt the hard way and lost my hard earned money to these crooks.

As mentioned above, we can't move forward without any actual evidence.

All I can recommend is to contact the casino's licensing authorities as the casino is obligate to answer them and provide relevant data while they isn't obligate to us.
