Hello, this is my second time having problems with BeemCasino and a withdrawal. 6 months ago I had problems with a €2000 payout, was addressed here in the forum and the casino paid after waiting forever.
Now the same thing again, I requested a €350 payout after fulfilling the bonus conditions, more than 2 weeks ago. Customer support only puts it off, says either it's too much to do or technical problems, just put off etc. Waiting for the payout since 09/13/22.

A payment has already been made, even after a successful complaint via CasinoGuru
with bonus, deposit 35€+ bonus, a maximum of 10 times the bonus amount can be paid out, i.e. 350. Wager was successfully completed, no game from the forbidden list and the 2€ maxbet was not exceeded either.
Unfortunately, I can't see the status of the payment because the page hasn't loaded every time you go to transactions for the last 2 weeks.

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Beem Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Beem Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
