I had already been in contact with the casino support about 15 times and had heard and waited for excuses over and over again. Today after 7 weeks still no payment. All documents have been uploaded properly. There was never a win notification as is usually the case. No response to emails, never a payout. Just excuses and stalling, countless apologies but no payment. They take deposits, bombard you with offers and cheat players out of their winnings.
Ich hatte schon ca. 15 x Kontakt mit dem Support des Casinos und immer und immer wieder Ausreden gehört und gewartet. Heute nach 7 Wochen immer noch keine Auszahlung. Alle Dokumente wurden ordentlich hochgeladen. Es gab nie eine Gewinnbenachrichtigung wie es normalerweise üblich ist. Keine Antwort auf Emails, nie eine Auszahlung. Nur Ausreden und hinhalten, unzählige Entschuldigungen aber keine Zahlung. Sie nehmen die Einzahlungen, bombadieren einen mit Angeboten und betrügen die Spieler um Ihre Gewinne.

Apparently something has moved after my complaint to Casino Guru. I had played with bonus and requested 3 withdrawals. I deposited €100 and at first I didn’t know anything about these terms and conditions. There were endless attempts and unanswered letters by email. I'm already happy if you should pay out the €1000 and will avoid this casino in the future. I've been playing online for 20 years and it's the first time I've encountered such terms and conditions and been cheated of the profit in such a way. This casino doesn't play by any rules, there is no win notification, no deposit slips and it only seems to pay out 10x the deposit. I question the legality of such an approach anyway. Furthermore, as you can see in my post (photos), I was put off again and again by support. You apologize, don't verify and don't even pay out 10x your bet. There is a system to the whole thing, and many are likely to leave it at that and give up.
Offensichtlich hat sich nach meiner Beschwerde bei Casino Guru etwas bewegt. Ich hatte mit Bonus gespielt und 3 Auszahlungen beantragt. 100 € eingezahlt und von diesen Agb`s wusste ich zuerst nichts. Es gab unendlich viel Versuche und unbeantwortete Schreiben per Email. Ich bin ja ohnehin schon froh, wenn Sie die 1000 € auszahlen sollten und werde dieses Casino in Zukunft meiden. Ich spiele schon 20 Jahre Online und es ist das erste mal das ich auf solche Agb`s gestoßen bin und um den Gewinn in so einer Art und Weise betrogen wurde. Dieses Casino hält sich an keine Regeln, es gibt keine Gewinnbenachrichtigung, keine Einzahlungsbelege und es zahlt anscheinend nur das 10 Fache der Einzahlung aus. Die Rechtmäßigkeit eines solchen Vorgehens stelle ich ohnehin in Frage. Weiterhin wurde ich wie Sie in meinem Beitrag sehen können (Fotos) immer und immer wieder vom Support vertröstet. Man entschuldigt sich, verifiziert nicht und zahlt nicht mal den 10 Fachen Einsatz aus. Die ganze Sache hat System und viele belassen es wahrscheinlich und geben auf.

"1.5 All cashouts when playing with a bonus are limited to a maximum of ten times (x10) your deposit amount. The Casino has the right to increase the limit for players at its discretion."
As long as the casino doesn't limit players' real money winnings, there is not much more we could do about such rules.
Moreover, I will keep this complaint opened until your confirmation regarding successful withdrawal. Please let me know as soon as you receive the payment.
