This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

they rejected all my withdraw requ

ests, i made my deposits with bank card, buy they dont have withdraw with bank card in options, i try to withdraw with bank transfer option, i try with 3 diffirent my IBAN, they rejected all my withdraw request, i wait 7 days for one of withdraw reqeusts and dont write me why they rejected my withdraw request, i attach some screenshots

hi, my profile was verified on first day in my registration in site, they rejected my withdraw request more then 10 times whitout any arguement, yesterday finally after more then 14 days problems they aproved my withdraw request and i received my money. I think you can close the case, i think i will never play again in their site.
