I try to wd 2000 worth of btc and they risk my account. I contacted support and submitted kyc. After verification they email and said y account is permanently closed and I had no withdrawlable funds. The reason my funds were confiscated was because I was abusing affiliate bonus which is not true at all. I have 0 affiliate nor was I referred by anyone. I emailed them back asking for proof that I had any affiliates link to the account and they just never replied back. It's so bullshit because I definitely do not have affiliate nor was I referred by anyone. They just don't want to pay me my money.

Could you please advise when exactly did they close your account? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? How did you find out about this casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account was risk on sep 1st 2022. The winnings were from either a deposit I made or a tip from a friend I forgot. But nope, 100 percent sure it's not from any bonuses. My level was too low to even receive any bonuses. How I found out about this casino was when I searched up best online crypto casino. The last time I spoke with the casino or got an emailed from them was sep 14th 2022. I have already attached a few screenshot of the emails exchanged between me and the casino.

Could you please specify what do you mean as a tip from a friend? Did you use a 3rd party payment method in order to deposit into the casino?

Yes i have used third party deposits but i cant remeber if i used it for my account at bc as i have other casino i also play. Sometimes our coinbase gets frozen then we bank wite money to friends to make deposits for us. Either directly to our casino wallet or thier wallet and they tip us.


A tip is a feature that bc game provides. You as a player can give free money to any other player. Thats what they call a tip.


And besides the casino clearly stated in an email that the reason why they refuse to pay my winnings is because i was avusing affilaite bonus which is not tru 100% i jave the email i can upload here if you like

The email they wrote to me stated cleraly that the reason why they confiscated my funds was because i was abusing bonus. Which is not true. Could you also please ask for proof that i am abusing affiliate bonus. And that was the main reason why they confiscated my winnings. These ppl are crazy. I have done kyc and they still lie
