The Casino blocks your deposit. You deposit 50 reais it only credits 10 and 40 is blocked as a bonus. I made 2 deposits and they stole my money. It is absurd to unlock your own money. I have never seen a Casino that converts your money into bonuses. I don't play it anymore and I don't recommend it.
O Casino bloqueia teu depósito. Vc deposita 50 reais ele só credita 10 e 40 fica bloqueado como bônus. Fiz 2 depósito e roubaram meu dinheiro. Fica um absurdo para desbloquear seu próprio dinheiro. Nunca vi um Casino q converte seu dinheiro em bônus. Não jogo mais nele e nem recomendo.

I would like you to explain the bonus policy, as it holds deposits in unplayable money. Live support is unresponsive. I chose the Casino due to the guru's analysis but nothing they said is true
