BC.Game Casino - Player's criticizing the casino's license.

This casino lied to mw they said that they are legally operating in the U.K. however the U.K. gambling casino said otherwise. They are an illegal casino transacting illegally with U.K. players and they have stolen GBP770 please find attached proof that they lied to me as you can see this casino is lying . The U.K. gambling commission have told me that this casino is not operating illegally

I’m sorry to hear about your problem, but please understand, you personally decided to open an account and play in a casino that is not licensed for UK players. No one forced you to do so, information about the casino’s license is freely available on its website as well as in our review and the casino didn’t use this fact against you, to for example confiscate your winnings.

Unfortunately, if you lost your balance fairly and voluntarily, we are not able to help you and you are not entitled to any refunds. I can only recommend that you do better research next time and play only in the casinos licensed by UKGC if that is what you prefer.

They are doing shadow banking a form of money laundering as well and they have called me several times threatening me and stole from my bank account GBP770 then they close my account and have never replied .

Plus they did retain all my money !!! GBP770 this casino should have 0 !!!!!!! They lied you can see that they lied they said that they are legally operating in the U.K. when they are not

If they are doing nothing wrong then why they blocked my account !!!!!! After illegally obtaining my money . They are lying to people that they can legally transact with U.K. they are lying you have the proof there on the screenshots.

Proof that they are lying : According to the gambling commission neither www.bc.game or BlockDance B.V. Have any license issued by the U.K gambling commission .According to The 2005 gambling act s33 is a criminal

offence to transact with U.K. players with out a license issued by the UKGC regardless where they are based as long as they transact with UK player they have to get a license issued by the UKGC furthermore they also doing money laundering and tax evasion by not paying:From 1 April 2019, RGD is charged at the rate of 21% of a gaming provider's profits from remote gaming with UK persons ! Once confronted this scammers close my account and never replied stolen my GBP770

Thank you for your reply, lhinda1978. I am sorry, but as I said, if you created your account and deposited voluntarily, there is not much more we could do. I can only recommend that you do better research next time before you register and only play in casinos that hold UK license.
