My bet of 46$ somehow was turned to 8,015.42$ on the game "Mines" with 24 mines.


I asked them to prove that i typed that number in manually after betting relatively low for the whole duration of mines, and they just told me that the bet was made in "Good faith". Since i DID NOT type that kind of a bet in with ALL my money i belive this must have been an error of some kind.


During my history on the site and almost 200k$ usd wagered i have never played this big, which should help them belive this is not my doing.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Isn't it simply possible that you have clicked on a max bet button? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that if the bet is in the betting history, it is impossible to prove that you did not do it manually. Such bets can't be reverted.
