The player from the United Kingdom had four withdrawal requests of 400 euros each accepted and then declined due to a technical issue. The funds were returned to the balance each time without notification. The player eventually lost all the funds after being tempted to play further. We determined that since the player lost the winnings, there was no basis for a refund. Consequently, the complaint was rejected.

I made X4 withdrawal requests at 400 euros each time. All 4 transactions were accepted but a short while afterwards, they would be declined "due to a technical issue on payment side". This happened 4 times consecutively and all for same reason.


The money would be taken from balance only to be put back into balance without any notification of it doing so.


This company is an absolute farce and should not be allowed to do what it is doing. I have requested all of my deposits back as they have not fulfilled their part of a service. With my balance sitting there I was tempted to use it. I'm so upset over this and they are so rude on chat. Refund is "refused as they have provided a service" which they clearly have not!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Unfortunately, there may be many reasons why your withdrawal requests were rejected, and it doesn't necessarily have to be the casino's mistake.

  • Could you please clarify if you currently have any remaining balance in your casino account?
  • Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

Hello, I have zero funds now as it was too tempting to use the balance even though I was not sure what was my balance or not. It was 4 transactions consecutively.

Never had a single successful withdrawal!

I fully believe this is their plan all along.

Seen many other reviews saying exactly the same!

Thank you for your reply, Mundo1982. Sadly, since you have played/lost your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings.

I don't want my lost winnings back. I want all of my deposited money back. They have failed to provide a service, 4 times consecutively with failed withdrawals after they have been accepted.

I apologize, but unfortunately, this is not a valid reason for a refund. There may be many reasons why your withdrawal requests were canceled, but we don't investigate further if all winnings were lost. Please note, that we don't think your complaint is unjustified, we just aren't able to assist.
