this is the biggest joke when it comes to online casinos. I’ve waited more than two months for a little withdrawal amount(200€).
I’ve sent them my documents 10 times for my verification. Talked with the customer support over chat almost every day since I did my withdrawal.
I was on vacation in Cyprus when I created my account but I live in Sweden.
they are telling me that I need to go home to Sweden to continue my withdrawal. When I’m in Sweden I still have to send them the same documents as before and now they need an explanation from me why I am in chech republic..
biggest joke of a company and everything is about 200€.. embarrassing and a waste of time.
