Hi

When I was playing ezugi roulette, I got 200x win but got 29x ( number 4) . Second I was winning 150x but agin I got 29 x ( number 35 ). I missed total 29200 rs this two game . Suddenly I contacted customer livechat but they told me wait until 1 to 2 hour it will resolve. I had sent screenshots evidence with game number also. After one hour contact live chat , they told me your winning was paid in that time and suddenly cut the livechat . After that suddenly live chat disappear from the account. I had sent compliment about my problems. I can attach the screenshots below.

Hi,

It was the misunderstanding because when I was chatting suddenly stoped live chat and disappear the live chat from my account around 10 hours.I thought , they are cheating. Yesterday they are contacted and explain all . I am really sorry of the complaints.
