I have tried to verify my account but it keeps being rejected, I have stated that I haven't got a bank card but provided a bank statement as proof of payment. I have requested £150 and still have £600 waiting to be withdrawn.

I started the verification process 7 days ago. I have all documents approved apart from the proof of bank card payment. I informed them by email saying that I have no longer got that specific card and provided bank statements showing payment to their website. I keep getting rejected even to today and the process keeps repeating.
