The player from Qatar mistakenly deposited money into his blocked Aznbet account and the funds didn't reflect in the account. He is facing issues retrieving the deposited money despite multiple emails to the company. Unfortunately the casino did not respond to our attempts to contact them. As the mistake was not the fault of the casino, the complaint was closed as "rejected".

I mistakenly deposited money in my aznbet account while it was blocked/ restricted. The deposited funds didn't reflect in my account because my account was blocked. I have emailing the aznbet company for a solution to recover my money back. All the email they replied, no solution. The security department keep replying to me that [ the bookmaker reserves the right to refuse bet from individual without any reason].


 Please am pleading to help me recover my funds.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I am sure you are well aware that this is not the casino's mistake and they had nothing to do with the transaction as it was sent by you personally. I understand that this was probably a mistake, but the casino did nothing wrong in this case.

Could you please clarify how you managed to send funds to an already closed casino account?

I truly understand the mistake was mine that is why am pleading for a help or solution to retrieve the funds back.


How I send the funds was. After a successful registration with aznbet, I went on to deposit via cryptocurrency. So the crypto address provided in the deposit section, I saved it in my binance exchange like I did to 1xbet etc.

So when my aznbet account was blocked, restricted or limited for deposit..I wanted to fund my 1xbet account via cryptocurrency because I saved the cryptocurrency address as well but mistakenly I selected ( clicked) the crypto wallet address of aznbet and send the fund. Immediately I realized that I have made a mistake and I started emailing them for solutions which they are not replying a solution.

That Is how the fund was sent. But hasn't reflected in the account..

I really appreciate your help and assistant, Please 🙏 I really need this fund back. Anything required like more information, documents etc needed regarding this issue and retrieving it, I will provide it as soon and fast as possible.

I have not. If I use the same email, they won't reply but if I use another email, they will reply with the same reply

Could it be I will lose my fund. Can't an legal action be applied.

Unfortunately, if the casino will not respond to us there is nothing we can do to help you and we will now close this complaint.

The complaint will be closed as 'rejected' as the casino is not responsible for this and it would not be fair to penalize them.

I appreciate this is not an ideal outcome, but as I am sure you are aware, if you send money to the wrong address /wallet there is a good chance it will be lost.
