Case summary

The player from Poland was upset with a casino's withdrawal requirements. He claimed that the casino required him to wager three times his remaining balance and that only 'won' wagers would count, contrary to their stated policy of a 1x wagering requirement. We confirmed the player's account of the terms but did not find evidence that only winning stakes counted. After losing his remaining balance while attempting to meet the wagering requirements, the complaint was closed as we could not proceed further.

SCAM, DON'T EVER PLAY THERE

as i've described my short story with this scam in the discussion,

they decided to scam me even for such small amount as remained in my balance 50.44EUR

they told me i can't withdraw until i wager the remaining amount 3 times AND ONLY the "won" wager will be counted, so if i don't win and my current stats are 99/300

so if i don't win 200EUR out of the remaining 50EUR i will not be able to withdraw, ever.

Their T&Cs obviously don't ever mention it and it only says you need to wager 1x

5.6. As a prevention of money laundering, a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Please note that if wagering requirements are in place, the wagering requirement needs to be respected before a withdrawal is requested.

6.5. avocasino.com has the right to refuse withdrawal if the total bet amount is less than the amount of the last deposit. You have to turn over the initial deposit at least one time before being able to withdraw.

stay away, stay away, stay away.

its crazy those kind of casinos still have an actual "license". only shows the quality of those "licenses".

Dear shmotles,

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions to make sure I understand your situation completely.

Could you please confirm if you played with or without an active bonus?

Additionally, could you kindly forward me all communication between you and the casino that is relevant to the investigation of this case? Specifically, I am interested in the wagering requirements and any statements indicating that only winning bets count towards the wagering. You can send this information to my email at veronika.l@casino.guru.

I have also reviewed the Terms and Conditions and found contradictory information regarding the requirement to wager the player's deposit before a withdrawal is possible:

5.6. As a prevention of money laundering, a deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Please note that if wagering requirements are in place, the wagering requirement needs to be respected before a withdrawal is requested.
7.2. In the event that after depositing funds into your account, you made at least 1 bet/spin (conducted gaming activity), the funds can be returned only if the balance is wagered by three (3) times.

I hope we will be able to help you resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Best regards

Veronika

i’ve played without ANY bonuses.

also, i will send you the full communication asap

edit// this might take a while, i will be able to access my PC in the evening in around 10 hours or sooner

edit2// everything has been sent to your mail

picture 6,7 - i am clearly told (after i correct them myself) that i only need 1x and that 3x is only for the bonus.

picture 12 - suddenly it's 3x and i cant withdraw, furthermore WINNING wager and that i only won 99.62 out of 300.

I've wagered over 300-400USDT at this point and won around 99.62, yes would probably be correct.

So they literally want me to win 200USDT in order to withdraw lol.

Thank you for the chat screenshots. You are right that the wagering requirements are different in various parts of the Terms and Conditions. However, I don't see any information stating that only winning stakes count. Could you please advise where you got this information from? Have you played with your deposit any further?

Yes, as you can see on the screenshot number 12.

To make sure i even went ahead and all-ined left 50EUR in my balance, i lost it in the first attempt, then went ahead and asked the support again how much wager i have left - it's the same amount as before as i didn't win a single $, just wagered it.

I sent you the new screenshots of support reply - my win-wager needed to withdraw didn't change.

You are right about the wagering requirements being unfair. Could you please advise what the current balance in your account is? Have you lost all your money playing?

@Veronika yup, as i was told that i need to wager (win 300EUR) i went ahead and all-ined the remaining balance as you can see on the screenshot.

I would not be able to withdraw anyways out of that scam "casino"...
