I won $1,000.00 on thier website and set up a withdrawl through BItCOin whci usually takes 2 days every where else. They requested numerous documents that I have never had to do anywhere else ever. But I did it and sent it in teh very same day. I sent several emails asking to make sure that they received my documents adn never heard a word until 4 days later I received an email stating that the documents were received and approved and my withdrawl is being released. 4 more days go by and still nothing thenI receive an email from the same person Jennifer my so called manager teling me that they never received my documents and that I have to submit them and that my withdrawl is being put on hold because I am not complying with their terms. So I did send them again for the 3rd time now and am asking if she has received them and nothing again for 3 more days. THis casino is the worst casino online. Do not register to this casino. Oh yaea and they are not even goign to give me the whole $1000 because the small print says that any deposit under $249 has a max pay out of 10x the deposit. SO I deposited $35 so even if they ever pay it whcih I doubt its only going to be $350.00. Run far and fast this place sucks the worst ever

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you speak to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that the verification process may take up to 14 days after sending in all the requested documents.

Can you also please advise if you did win with real money or bonus money? As long as it was real money, we find it unfair that the casino has a maximum withdrawal limit based on the deposit and the money should be paid out in full.
