The player from Lithuania had suspected that the RTP or game itself had been manipulated in a particular casino, as despite a high stated RTP and thousands of spins, he had won significantly below his expectations across multiple game sessions. We had informed the player that without any concrete evidence of unfair practices, we were unable to proceed with a complaint. We had requested additional information such as his full gaming history, but the player did not respond. Due to the lack of response and information, we were unable to further investigate and had to reject the complaint.

Hello, I have tried this casino many times now, but after the last session all of my suspicions came true.

I have made quite a few deposits before and played a game which has 96 in RTP, which is pretty high.

I noticed that I get basically no winnings, bonuses pay 20x max, base games pay nothing, whatever bet size you are choosing.

In total I have played probably over 5000 spins and the 'biggest' win was 80x.

I find this extremely extremely suspicious. I do understand that gambling is risky, but I have played this same game on many many different online casinos and I have never seen it not pay at all.

My suspicions are that the game is either manipulated, or the RTP is manipulated by the casino.
