Not much has changed regarding delaying withdrawal. My last withdrawal took 20 days to finally get paid.


Now waiting 18 and 19 days on current 2 withdrawal requests that I requested on 15.1.2021 and 16.1.2021.


Standard answer on their live chat...we forwarded your request to finance department and you should get money as soon as possible.


Their email support also not reply to emails asking when will they finally pay.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawals. Do I understand correctly that your payments are still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Withdrawal requested on 15. Jan 2021 was processed today and I got money. Total waiting time - 20 days (same as last withdrawal that I requested in December 2020).


But withdrawal requested on 16. Jan 2021 is still pending and money still not received. Total waiting time for this one is today 19 days.


If your new plan for year 2021 is to send money after 20 days, then Argocasino website should change info on website that speed of payment is not 24 hours but in year 2021 it is 20 days.


Hopefully last withdrawal request from 16. Jan 2021 will be processed tomorrow so we can close this complaint.

Just checked and withdrawal request from 16. January 2021 is still pending and not been paid so far.


Their finance department are closed over weekend so on Monday will be already 23 days waiting on my money.


Shocked to see casino doing this can keep rating 8 on your site, with such big flaw as taking over 2 weeks to pay players.


At another big gambling portal 4 players have now open complaints for waiting over 2 weeks to get their money. There, first complaint over delayed withdrawal started in 2017 which caused Argocasino rating to drop now to 5.7 because of this.

Total complaints there 26!!!


Yet casino.guru on your Argocasino review page write "No relevant complaints found since 2014."

Yes, we receive complaints from players, but all complaints are marked as resolved, which means that each user can be confident that all issues will be resolved. Now we have some delays caused by reasons beyond our control.

I fully understand your frustration but please understand our point of view that we can’t punish the casino for delayed withdrawals. Withdrawal time frames are not influenced by casinos exclusively.

Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

Withdrawal requested on 16.January 2021 still not paid.


Waiting today already 25 days - when it takes 1 minute to send money to a bitcoin address.

Can't pretend they have technical problems with payment processor but still not know when they will pay.


Only logic explanation is they have cashflow problems.


The way things are going, who knows if this casino will still be alive by end of this year.

Will see if money not received this week, then next week will take more hardcore steps to get my money (contact their payment providers, financial institutions inspecting casinos for criminal activities, webhost, domain name registrar...).


Casino.guru is actually the only one issuing a warning now to players regarding depositing at this casino.


Askgamblers only manually approve reviews by players. If you want to write negative review due to withdrawal delays and try to warn other players that their money is not safe with this casino, then Askgamblers rejects such review.

Or 3 negative reviews they had published last month, they deleted this month just so Argocasino rating would be higher.

Askgamblers even refuse to edit their review regarding withdrawal times and keep it at 24 hours since this is what casino told them to write. And they have over 25 complaints from players about withdrawals being delayed, for some players for even over a month.


Some gambling sites will go against players because they love sponsored money too much BUT Casino.guru is one of the good ones that care about players.

Yes after 27 days they paid me today but ripped me off for almost 10% or 90 euro.


I requested 990 euro withdrawal but received only 0.0229 BTC which 1h ago when they sent payment was worth only 893 euro.


They sent payment at 7:40am UTC when BTC/EUR was at 39,100.


990 euro - max 10 euro mining fee = should sent me 980 euro at rate BTC/EUR = 39,100 I should receive 0.025 BTC.


They rob me of 0.0229-0.025 = 0.0021 BTC or 82 euro.


82 euro at 990 euro withdrawal is 8.3%.


Not to mention when I requested withdrawal on 16.January 2021 that btc/eur was at 30,000 so if they sent me money then I would get 0.0326 BTC.


Difference then 0.0326 BTC to received today 0.0229 BTC is actually almost 400 euro or 40% of amount I requested to withdraw!!!


It's very profitable for this casino to delay withdrawals especially by disabling Skrill withdrawals and making you wait weeks to receive withdrawal in bitcoin.


Definitely most shady casino I ever deposited money.

I'm mainly talking about bitcoin price at time you sent payment and you still sent me 8-10% less which is around 80 euro.


Rest - over 300 euro damage is how much you cost me by delaying withdrawal for 27 days, while bitcoin was going higher.


Delaying withdrawals for weeks and shaving 8-10% from btc withdrawals is just extra stuff that will drive more players away from your brands.

Dear BlueHornet, could you please advise in which currency you’ve deposited funds into your account, played and withdraw? Was it in Bitcoin, without exception, or it’s been converted during the process? Please understand, if it’s been in Bitcoin at all time, we can’t really consider the exchange rate. I deposited with Skrill but in Dec 2020 they disabled withdrawing back to Skrill. So I decided to withdraw my euro winnings to bitcoin.

3 withdrawals of euros to bitcoin before they paid me at a fair market rate btc/eur at the time of sending btc. But this last one they sent me 8-10% less.


It is what it is - they set the rules, so either players accept this or stop playing at this casino.


They at least paid me at the end. Their tactics of delaying withdrawals and shaving btc withdrawals will cause many players to stop gambling on their website.


You can close this complaint as successful, despite lots of nerves and energy wasted because Argocasino not want to act as a reputable casino to actually pay out in 24 hours.
