The player from Slovenia is having difficulties receiving his funds. We rejected the complaint because the player stopped responding to our messages and questions.

Requested a Skrill withdrawal on July 1st 2021 but still no money received.


Since Dec 2020 their withdrawals in average took around 3 weeks, despite their website still says withdrawals take 24 hours.


Why is this casino still rated so high with weekly new complaints of many players not getting paid, even after a month from requesting a withdrawal?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Since this is your third complaint regarding the same issue, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. In addition, I would maybe suggest you look for another casino that meets your expectations in terms of withdrawal processing time.

Still withdrawal pending for 12 days now.


After this withdrawal is processed I am done using this casino.

If they not want me as a client, they could just limit me.


Don't understand why they enjoy delaying withdrawals and get so many clients complain on big gambling sites about this bad practice they doing for months already.


By far worst casino I ever dealt with regarding delayed withdrawals, that started around Dec 2020.


Deposit instant but 500 euro withdrawals mostly never processed before 2 weeks.
