The player from United Kingdom has requested withdrawal one month ago. It has been pending since. Casino didn't respond.

I have been waiting since 3 February to receive my payout. I was told it would take 7-21 working days. That expires on Thursday. Customer service tell me that they are doing their ‘checks’ and to be patient’.


In the meantime, I have done some research and have found the following:

  1. My deposits have been sent to various travel companies one of which is in Nairobi.
  2. The same complaints about the non payment of winnings have been made by hundreds of people about ares casino and all their other sites including cherry fiesta and 4 crowns.
  3. Their telephone number is a dating agency.


I have told them that unless I receive payment by Thursday I will be reporting the matter to Curacao egaming regulator (as they appear to have a Curacao licence), to the police in Curacao and to all of the reputable gaming providers.


I will let you know if I get paid.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise if you have accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

Nevertheless, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

My deposits have been sent to travel companies in Kenya! Their telephone number is for a dating agency. I don’t think they are licensed. They run other. Saints like cherry fiesta and 4 crowns and I see multiple complaints on here about people not being paid out. All being fobbed off with end same nonsense about 21 working days while checks are being undertaken. It’s a scam.

However, I would like to warn you that it seems to be a common practice of Ares Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Regardless of many unresolved complaints marked "No Reaction Policy" we keep on trying.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
