The player from United Kingdom has requested withdrawal one month ago. It has been pending since. Casino didn't respond.
I have been waiting since 3 February to receive my payout. I was told it would take 7-21 working days. That expires on Thursday. Customer service tell me that they are doing their ‘checks’ and to be patient’.
In the meantime, I have done some research and have found the following:
I have told them that unless I receive payment by Thursday I will be reporting the matter to Curacao egaming regulator (as they appear to have a Curacao licence), to the police in Curacao and to all of the reputable gaming providers.
I will let you know if I get paid.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but a month is really a long time.

My deposits have been sent to travel companies in Kenya! Their telephone number is for a dating agency. I don’t think they are licensed. They run other. Saints like cherry fiesta and 4 crowns and I see multiple complaints on here about people not being paid out. All being fobbed off with end same nonsense about 21 working days while checks are being undertaken. It’s a scam.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
