I've been trying to do kyc for 6 days it finally got accepted. I asked for a withdrawal of my .89 Litecoin. It said it would be process and sent shortly. Now they're is no record of a deposit or withdrawal from me anywhere on the site.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

My account got verified 9-29-23 They're website didn't work so I emailed it then they denied it cause I didn't fill in my info on the web page. But it didn't have the add or edit feature so I sent my documents again they verified me. I deposited Litecoin. Talked to them about verifying my account. It was 3am 9-29-23 I then requested a withdrawal now they won't answer me. They denied the 1st one in 2 hours cause I wasnt verified. Took me 7 days to get verified cause they're site doesn't work with a crap.
