The player from the UK has noticed she isn’t receiving all of her winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I have noticed that when I win an amount once they have processed it. They withhold a few pounds for example I won 10.10 and got 7.90 or I won 95.00 and got 92.0

I've just noticed this and asked for all the difference on the wins back. No one has replied

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I apologize, but I am not sure I understand your problem correctly and we will need more information so we can offer better advise. Is this smaller amount credited to your casino account after you win, or is this the amount you received to your bank account after withdrawal? 


I checked the casino’s T&Cs and I found this:


"All withdrawals are subject to a £2.50 transaction fee. For example, if you withdraw £100 you will receive £97.50."


I am not sure if this covered your concerns, but please let me know if there is anything else, I could do for you regarding this case. Thank you very much in advance for your reply. I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
