The player from United States had his deposit bonus winnings reduced due to maximum cash out rule. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
I recently to a 350 percent No rules bonus I put down 150 dollars so the bonus is 525 on their part plus 150 on mine for a total of 675 to start I got through my play through and I have 1259 to withdraw and they max it says I can withdraw is 834 I’m a member of probably 10 online casinos so I know how things work. There customer service is slow and unhelpful and won’t answer the phone if you call. I’ve emailed the account manager and haven’t heard back.
