The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal. Unfortunately, it has been pending due to ongoing verification. The complaint was rejected because the player did not respond to us.
I submitted my withdrawal request on 06/08/2020 then a few days later I got an email asking for id which I sent then another few days later they asked for more id which I sent. Then I had a telephone verification call followed by live chat where I was asked to submit my id again. My withdrawal was approved a few days later but then half an hour later they asked for more id. I still don't have my withdrawal over 2 and half weeks later. I have contacted them several times and one of the conversations said they had had too many winners recently and couldn't afford to pay out. Contacted them again a few days ago and they still couldn't confirm when I would get my money. Disgusting service and would say to anyone - NEVER use them!!

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take few working days completing this thorough procedure. If all the data is correct, there should be no reason for the casino to delay your withdrawal.
