The casino took about £400 off me in deposits then when I asked to withdraw the £183 I had they said I had to gamble it 5 x so basically you can’t put a straight bet on it’s not a real bookmakers it’s fraud please don’t deposit here!!!

Without it was all straight deposits so you can’t put a straight bet on they are making you gamble bonus free deposits 5 x I have a balance of £180 I’ve asked them to just pay it as they are acting very unprofessional and not behaving in the way a uk bookmaker would !!!

They are basically saying I have to gamble £189 more to withdraw find it funny how I’m £9 short so I’d have to deposit another £45 to put a £189 bet on to withdraw. In England we place a bet we even win or lose they shouldn’t be treating people like this fact !!!

Latest update they sent the withdrawal to be processed see if I get it. It’s the first time I’ve had to wager a non bonus deposit 5x sorry If I’m mislead by thinking thats not normal like if I went to a horse racing track put £40 on a horse went to collect winnings and they said no go gamble 5x that amount you would be like hell no so we will se now if the issue is resolved makes me wonder if you deposited £50 now would that also be subject to 5x 😆 confused.com

Thank you for the update, JAY12345. Some casinos require to wager the real money deposit. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. Not all casinos require this, but it isn't anything unfair.

So yesterday they said I had to bet €139 euros if I did I could withdraw so I did i won giving me a balance of £220 so I decided to withdraw they knocked the withdrawal back and said I had to bet another €159 I’m sure this was being made up as they went along. So I placed a bet for £221 it won I now have £245 let’s see if they now pay this is ridiculous probably say I have to gamble more Tomorrow . Agent no wager yeah because you can’t put a fair one on or agent no payer !!

So now they saying I have to do another 5x so look basically this is another scam site from curaçao that will not pay out please do not deposit here I have full documentation to prove they are playing games horrible horrible people I’d love to go to curaçao to get to see Harrys and agent no payer in fact I might suggest anyone who comes across this and Harrys to report it as fraud both sites need stopping before the cause suicide and much more they really are scum

so my withdrawal was processed last Saturday they said expect winnings within seven days nothing yet. I’ve also asked do I have to wager every deposit 5x.

A wagering requirement of 5x the deposited amount is on the high side, but it’s still in the reasonable range, which means we do not penalize casinos for such a policy. Please understand that all casinos need to have this policy (in a certain form) in place to prevent money laundering.

I’d like to kindly ask you to let us know once you’ve received the payment or if you’ve received any additional information regarding the issue from the casino.

Thank you, JAY12345, for the updates. To answer your question – Yes. Policies according to which players are required to wager the deposited funds (each deposit) a certain amount of times before they can withdraw are not anything uncommon. As explained earlier, it is basically a necessity for an online casino.

As the casino informed you that the payment has already been processed, I’d like to kindly ask you to allow a few more days for it to appear on your account. I’m setting the timer for additional 7 days. If you don’t receive the payment before October 21st, we will intervene.
