As the support agent told you on 3rd August, you are required to email our risk management department regarding your withdrawal, including your username, full name and withdrawal query in the email (which you did not - your email only contained a line saying I am told to email this address). They were very specific about it.
The risk management department requires 2-5 business days to reply. Since you emailed them on 3rd, you should expect a reply by 8th.
I use to love this casino, but I found they have really slacked in the customer service department. Years ago they would credit bonus when a withdrawal rejected , now they just refer you to a bot , I would recommend a jackpot city over casino action ANY day.

The software provider controls which games we are able to have within our software. - took away windows software - again, this was not our choice. we fought hard to keep the downloadable casino software, however the software provider decided they no longer wanted to support it and removed it from offering.
