Hello I thought you might like this information so you can update your review on 888 Tiger Casino.  I was pretty excited I received a $25 free chip for signing up.  It came with a 50x playthrough .. whesh.. those  are doozies, however I made it.   I just went to cash out my max cash out of $50, and their minimum cash out is $100. I was told I had to deposit $50 in my account and play it through 50x and hopefully still have the $100 to cashout .  Now we know what’s going to happen 99% of the time.. people are going to loose that $50...consequently you won’t be cashing out anything.. and the casino makes $50. These people are bottom dwelling corrupt criminal garbage.  But the saddest thing is, evidently a lot of people fall for this. You seem to have a decent name in the review business,  so I thought this would be very very important information for you to reevaluate this casino on your site. Thank you .

Hello Joey.

Thank you very much for your info. Could you please tell me which bonus you took? I can see only 88 free spins on Catsino or our exclusive bonus of 25 free spins on Jumping Jaguar. May I ask why you should make a 50x wager if you deposit the missing $50?

Thanks one more time and Merry Christmas.

Did you use our website to get a code for this promotion or did you find it directly on casino website?

To be honest I’m not sure… I just started to go to every site to let people now. But I’m willing to bet, any other free chip  will be exactly the same.

What we can do is to send there some testers. Unfortunately, without knowing which promo you used, it is much harder to investigate what happened. I have checked our bonus, and there should be no such ridiculous rules like you described.

Hello Joey.

We sent testers to this casino and discovered that the situation what you described is not correct.

Truly the minimum withdrawal is, in this case, $100. To be able to withdraw the amount of $50 from no deposit bonus you need to deposit $50 and wager this amount 1x (so maybe deposit a bit more $75 to be sure)

You mentioned wagering 50x, but this wagering is necessary only in the case that you again take a bonus (which is up to you)

Code/No Code: No Bonus was used on this deposit.

Playthrough: 1x the deposit is required be wagered before can withdraw.

I believe that you wrongly understood how all this process works.

That’s pretty much what I tried  to explain..You have to get through the play through with the free chip..if you do then they make you deposit and you have to go through another round of playthrough to cash out ..really ? Do you think that’s In any way fair?  The chances of getting through play through in the first place is almost impossible but they make you do it twice… Pretty much ensuring that you never cashed out. But that’s your decision.  I will never play there again and I will ensure that other people  dont.

I appreciate your diligence in trying to keep players safe from online casino scams.  I think that is  pretty much what I tried  to explain..you have to get through the play through with the free chip..if you do then they make you deposit and you have to go through another round of play through to cash out.  Do you think that is in any way fair?  The chances of getting through play through in the first place is almost impossible , but they make you do it twice… pretty much ensuring that you never cash out.  Now granted I may have jumped the gun and it was only the 1% which is usual for a deposit..but I also guarantee you they will not let you win so not only do you not cash out the free chip .. you just ended up giving them money.

Hello Joey.

You took a bonus, and that's why you needed to make a 50x wagering. Without the bonus, you need to wager just 1x the deposit.

Yes I did.. I understand the original playthrough thing ..that’s when they said I need to wager again ...it is possible I jumped the gun after hearing more  playthrough .. it’s been awhile , but thinking about it.. I’m willing to bet in all honesty they said 40 times.. again.. I am used to the one time deposit playthrough thing ..I would not have gotten mad about that. I am also willing to bet they were on their best behavior knowing that they were probably under scrutiny. Like I said .. you  will not win off the free chip and you’ll end up giving them money.. guaranteed.

This is a different issue but I might as well tell you about this to all of your Saucify casinos that say  "US players accepted?"  It is very clear in the terms and conditions of all of them that United States players are not allowed.  However, any customer service representative will say yes ..US players are allowed. I told one of them..well if you allow US players why is it in your terms and conditions that you do not?   After a hesitation,  I got a we do accept US players.  So I told them well when your terms and conditions are current and say that you do I’ll consider depositing.  Here’s the bottom line… That’s their ace in the hole… Technically they don’t have to pay you one single dime ..and especially if you win big I guarantee you they will use that against you that’s why it’s there.. most people don’t read the terms and conditions correct?  Go look ...they are all clones just like a lot of the RTG Joints ..it is basically the same people ..you think they’d be smart and at least use different names for the customer service representatives...it scares me to think that there’s that many ignorant people in the world that don’t catch this.

Hello Joey.

As I explained before you need to wager the no deposit bonus 40x then deposit another $50 and wager them 1x to be able to withdraw $100 what is maximum cashout from no deposit bonus.

It might sound complicated to you, but please take in mind that bonuses are something extra what casino offers to players and how casino set them it is solely on the casino decision. Because you created this complaint, we updated our review and mentioned minimum withdrawal requirements in pros and cons + we put this note to a bonus card. But we cannot punish the casino for how they set up their bonuses.

About the US restriction in T&C's: We know about this issue, and the casinos use a gap in the law to technically not accepting US players, but in reality, they are aiming at the US market. US restriction is something that license jurisdiction (Curacao) require but they are not checking or punishing casinos who accept US players. Because we are aiming at accurate information, we consider these casinos as they are accepting US players.

I hope you understand our decision.
