It has been 3 weeks since requesting to withdrawal $51000 and i haven't gotten any confirmation email about my amount. The support continues to tell me to wait, just want to make sure i am actually going to get my money.

  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

It is verified and has been verified since the end of may 2024. My winnings are from depositing real money from my account. I sent an email on Friday September 27 2024 asking about when to expect a confirmation email for my withdrawal, and had to send my debit card which i used for the deposit, which has since been confirmed .
